- Faites Votre Glucose Révolution by Jessie Inchauspé
- This book made me realize so much more to learn from ancient cultures like the way they order food for example eating the same stuff in the right order could reduce glucose spikes by 70% or using bones and vegetable skin for broth instead of throwing it away because it is liquid gold. I wish more people were learning about nutrition. Healthcare illiteracy is a silent epidemic.

- The Defining Decade by Meg Jay
- I read this book when I had a depressive episode the day I turned 24 at Consensus, Austin. I spent college undecided about choosing a career and ended up experimenting a lot without going deep into one area. It suddenly struck me how fast the past 4 years passed by. I remember when I was in high school, I was having experiences where I am always the youngest in the room. Losing that feeling as I grew older made me question if I peaked in high school. I know… very oldest high achiever daughter of me to think this way. It turns out this mindset was very detrimental to my mental health and only a product of the hustle culture in the tech industry. Don’t get me wrong I will always be a hustler. But this apprehension of aging feels unhealthy and only serves the capitalist machine at the expense of our human psyche. It conditions you to think you do not own your own time or life assuming that once you turn 30 you need to worry about marriage and having a family and everything that comes with that.
